This is quite an exciting opportunity with Australia's leading vocational institution, which supports half a million student enrolments yearly. We are urgently searching for an exceptional Training Lead to help with the coordination of the design and delivery of a crucial training program they are rolling out to support their students. Having worked in a corporate environment (government preferably), you will exude the determination and enthusiasm to successfully lead the program and a team. What Is On Offer? Start Date: ASAP End Date: 28/06/2024 Pay Rate: up to $861/day Super Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours a week Location: Meadowbank and Ultimo (Typically Based On Your Preference) What Will You Be Doing? Accountable for the operationalisation of the systems training strategy through the development and execution of training plans and activities targeted to audience groups based on business process impacts. Provide guidance and mentoring to the regional training facilitators (4 Direct Reports) on the development of training materials and align to the process hierarchy across the student administration life-cycle which meets the quality guidelines of the program. Assist with monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets the end-user requirements. Working with the Program Manager to review the development and delivery of training plans for continual improvement opportunities that could be applied to the training strategy in delivery timelines and logistics whilst overseeing the training needs analysis and curriculum plan for key audience groups. Develop the processes and materials to evaluate the effectiveness of training, ensuring individuals are trained to support changes resulting from the system implementation and program. What Will You Bring? Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience. Demonstrated capability of delivering training programmes that leverage corporate systems within a Government environment.
