Move with us for a better world Your Role We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a positive and proactive mindset. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the premium customer journey, executing ‘order to cash’ processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow. The role offers variety, empowering you to take ownership of the customer and the processes from 'order to cash', including delivery management. We support a diverse range of customers and as a Customer Service Specialist, you will work with your assigned customer segments and territories, allowing you to form close relationships with your customers, sales team and Service Centers. Please note: This is a maternity cover and a temp contract of 12-18months. Your Impact Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing Guarantee a Premium Customer Experience, managing customer touchpoints Ensure frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistics portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing Optimize free stock and manage Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, ensuring the correct management of stock movements Ensure accurate management of the order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to predict backlog slippage Constantly update the IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities Ensure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries Manage a post-delivery survey to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively solving any issues with the customer About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should have high attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills. You have excellent telephone and written communications skills, have a true passion for delivering a premium customer experience and are system savvy (SAP, Outlook).
