Company Description Responsible for sourcing/securing data from retailers to maintain and develop NIQ products. Driving sales and renewals across NIQ products and and ensuring effective account planning for Retail customers Responsibilities Account Strategy and Management Develop commercial elements of joint client business plan, account & marketing plan/strategy in collaboration with Customer Success team, and responsible for the sell-in of the service delivery model Build and own C-suite relationship Collect commercial elements of voice of customer through ongoing customer engagement (e.g. Suite engagement on strategic growth areas and sales pitch feedback) Own pre-planning for contract renewal and prospect/identify opportunities to up-sell the NIQ product set or source new data sets/permissions Bring in the right sales and product specialist to support account; orchestrate client relationship across roles Unlock new stakeholders / buyer personas / budget holders across the account and orchestrate with other roles based on need Financial Management - Driving and Closing Coop/Sales Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will led to the achievement of the financial targets Identify opportunities, build proposals and commercial model, align stakeholders, gain support, and deliver proposals in collaboration with product specialists for measurement services and collaboration programs to existing retailers, or to target retailers for new coop Develop and execute commercial strategy and lead negotiation process for measurement services and collaboration programs. Lead negotiation of analytic products covered by co-operations agreements, in collaboration with Specialist Sales Finalize contract execution, onboard Customer Success to the account team, implement launch steps with CPG commercial teams for monetization programs Ensure implementation transition & communicate partner roles ( customer success lead, product/sales specialists) to customers Post Sale Support Engage with account post - sale on sales - related escalation Lead account renewal in collaboration with Global Renewals Centre People Management Take ownership of people acquisition, development and retention Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements Conduct consistent periodic coaching to observe team members with clients and provide feedback Contribute to driving world class employee engagement through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment Qualifications 6 -8 years FMCG/Retailer research-related industry experience desired (having solid agency experience is a plus) At least 5 years in people manager position with P&L responsibility Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies University graduate, preferably in Marketing / Business Management or equivalent Passionate about client development, new ideas and creativity Excellent analytical skill and eye for future trends Detail-oriented team player with good problem-solving and project management Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure (tight timeline).
