The Opportunity: This role will see you working in the Foundation Office team in an Administrative capacity, working across the schools strategic functions, to proactively advance the mission of the college, and raising philanthropic support and funds from the alumni. Responsibilities: This role will see you supporting the Director of Foundation for administrative support including: Working collaboratively to coordinate key activities, and providing generalist team support Coordinating committee meetings, minute-taking, and coordinating, and compiling documents for annual reports and publications Managing communication and engagement schedules, managing the relationships of key internal and external stakeholders The upkeep of key database record systems, ensuring customer details are kept up to date any further ad-hoc administrative requests, as stated by the Foundation Manager or Principal Key attributes for strong candidates: A demonstrated positive, resilient and growth mindset A professional and collaborative attitude Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication A passion for relationship building, fundraising or the education sector Relevant Degree or qualification.
