Key Deliverables: • Process customer orders accurately meeting company standards using Dynamics 365 • Address customer emails/phone calls and enquiries promptly. • Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally on time resulting in a positive customer experience • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure Autobacs and customer needs are addressed fully • Act as the subject matter expert on product knowledge to field sales team. This is to be achieved via active participation in product training, self-reading and research • Achieving outbound call targets in attempt to increase sales • Complete other duties as required by the Manager Requirements: • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite of programs • Ability to build effective relationships • Be a positive team-player • Strong Administration, communication and administration skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to learn product range and suitable application of products (product knowledge not essential, however highly desirable) • Interest in automotive is highly beneficial. • Previous experience with professional customer interaction – both verbal and written The ideal candidate would have worked in a customer focused role with set targets.
