As a Senior member of our engineering team, his position involves applying your extensive expertise to solve challenges, while also ensuring the creation of 2D and 3D designs that are in line with industry standards and client requirements . Your responsibilities in this role will include: Designing standardized, elegant, and easily manufacturable product concepts, while generating 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks 3D Modelling software. Presenting this information to customers for approval of designs. Configuring and customising our design to meet the requirements for customer orders. Assist with processing of manufacturing paperwork and assisting factory staff with process improvement and finding solutions to manufacturing issues. About You To be considered for this role, you will possess: A Mechanical Engineering Degree (or similar), SolidWorks modelling and drafting experience, Simulation (FEA) experience would be highly regarded, A good understanding of manufacturing processes - trade, machining or hands-on experience will be beneficial, Be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and work as a part of a team.
