With business growing strongly across the globe, a fantastic opportunity is now available to join our Asia Pacific Team as Customer Services Executive in Melbourne, Australia. Purpose To executive the daily sales support activities and administrative tasks to support the sales operations. To ensure an efficient registration of all assigned Business Support tasks including business sponsoring. To efficiently provide the communicate and administrative (technical and commercial) support to the sales force out in the field in order to obtain timely communication and related action between Ranpak and distributor. Reporting: Reports directly to the General Sales Manager, ANZ. Responsibilities Being held responsible for the proper management of all activities within the region in such a way that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Being held responsible for the proper management of all communication in which Ranpak sales team are involved. This includes Ranpak and distributor and vice versa, the communication in which all parties are involved and the relevant communication towards the other Ranpak functions in order to give things timely done and leave no issues unresolved Act as a back-up in the absence of other Sales Support representative. Main Tasks (but not limited to) Execute daily administrative tasks to support sales operations. Oversee Order-to-Ship process for ANZ orders, troubleshoot potential problems, and escalate issues for Management review. Give optimal administrative and commercial support to the ANZ team and/or specifically assigned activities. Process business sponsoring claims from distributors, in coordination with Sales Managers and Finance. Generate weekly and monthly reports, including order status updates to all stakeholders. Reconcile reports and update records of Ranpak converters. Monitoring accounts receivables and coordinate the actions to be taken to get invoices paid, all in co-ordination with the sales manager. Handle email and phone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance and assistance where necessary. Act as customer advocate, taking initiatives to overcome obstacles, solve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Support day to day CRM helpdesk duties and ad-hoc projects. Work with the team to maintain and improve operating processes. Support the achievement of deadlines for all departments. Participate in ad-hoc projects including sales & marketing activities, such as lead generation, market analysis, exhibition, product launch and webinar support. Any other duties as assigned. Profile/Qualifications Australia Citizens or Permanent Residents residing in Melbourne, Australia, are welcome to apply for this position 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Marketing or other relevant fields Willing to work from home office and may prefer shorter working hours Meticulous, precise, responsible and has good communication and interpersonal skills Pragmatic, Analytical, Creative and Stress Resistant Independent worker but also a team player Good time management skills and a strong ability to multi-task Proficient in MS Office, notably Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Formulas), Word, PowerPoint Experience in CRM and ERP systems e.g. Infor LN and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
