Travel Administrator — The Rocks, Sydney

This position is the liaison between Corporate offices in USA and Australia travel advisors. The administrator will assist with Supplier Relations, travel advisor communications and requests AND will facilitate policy and procedures from USA HQ. This position is our link from the USA offices to our travel advisors. The administrator will help us yo meet the needs of the agents in AU as well as facilitate training and communication. This position will assist in growing our Australia network of agents and will assist with all legal requirements as well as an ATAS membership. Requirements This position requires strong speaking and writing skills, attention to detail, can work independently and have a good sense of humor. We want someone who has a positive disposition and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in the office in Sydney 25 to 30 hours a week and also be able to travel to the USA for a two week training. The company will pay all travel and living expenses while training. Benefits This position pays between $27 and $29 an hour to start.
