Note: Just looking for Strong Instructional Designers, SuccessFactors / HR / HCM experience is not mandatory. Someone who worked on large system/transformation program work as an Instructional Designer rather than just internal eLearning module creation. A combination of training delivery and instructional design would be important. 5 years of experience in instructional design, in a large-scale program or project environment working with cross-functional teams Involvement in multiple end-to-end training implementations (over 1 year in duration each) in business transformation contexts.
