Our Experience Design (XD) Team is part of Autodesk's Entertainment and Media Solutions (EMS) group.? This group creates award-winning desktop and cloud software for the media & entertainment industries.? At Autodesk, our designers are innovative futurists, creative thinkers and experienced, agile partners all rolled into one. We hope you are an overall product design expert with a deep web, desktop, mobile and TVOS expertise. You will report to the Director of Experience Design for Media & Entertainment. This role is hybrid/remote and can be based in any city in New Zealand or Australia. Our offices are in Auckland, New Zealand. Responsibilities - Design elegant user-centric experiences that delight users - Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design - Build functional prototypes to validate your designs - Help maintain visual and brand consistency across all products - Help define the vision and execution of solving user problems through the user experience - Contribute to the Design Systems, help determine whether components are single-use or multi-use, and provide recommendations to designers regarding new component requests - Participate in Design Reviews and model best practices for giving and receiving feedback Minimum Qualifications - Visualise and prototype intended solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to technical documents and diagrams - Present designs to multiple audiences, including software development, quality assurance, learning content development, marketing, and User Experience Designer P3 - Trimmed 3 leadership - 5 years of experience with human-centered design methods and practice.
