The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. Reporting and working directly with the CEO this role requires industry network, mature decision making stakeholder alignment and sharp business acumen to craft business plans and excite the organisation to point towards business goals. Key Deliverables: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across all regions • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners • Perform research and identify new potential customers • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management via macro analysis • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts • Provide training and coaching to sales team members to improve their performance Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel as required • Experience within Automotive Retail or Trade – mandatory • Ability to tap into key networks and contacts with the interest of gaining new business • Persuasive communicator with considerable EQ to manage an extended team • Uncompromising honesty & integrity Join a reputable and growing organisation and Apply now
