About the Role: As part of the Loyalty Travel & Rewards team, your main role is to support inbound customers, to book and arrange travel using their reward points. Some of your other responsibilities include: Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment Complete relevant documentation as required. Maintain accurate records, prepare data, reports and documents, analyse information as required Maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures complying with all Quality and Productivity Requirements Complete all product, policy and procedural training sessions either online or in person Promote products and service offerings to customers Meet or exceed all Schedule Adherence, Effectiveness and Efficiency targets set About You: With previous experience in a contact/call centre you will be passionate about providing your customers with an outstanding service, building relationships both internally and externally. Previous experience within a travel booking role is also highly desired.
