About the role We are recruiting for experienced and motivated customer service stars on a casual basis. You will bring “ Moments of Truth” to life in your day to day whilst providing our guests with engaging and personalised service. You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands. Shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Duties Your duties will include but not limited to: Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, Take online and phone reservations, Register guests and collecting necessary information (contact details and exact dates of their stay), Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms, Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities, and Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
