As a Senior UI Designer at TMGM, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in creating user-centered designs that enhance our clients' trading experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to create visually engaging and intuitive interfaces. Your designs will play a crucial role in optimizing user interaction and driving user engagement on our trading platform. Responsibilities Design and create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our trading platform, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and validate design concepts. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide design support during the development process. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and user experience. Champion a user-centric design approach and advocate for the importance of user-centered Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work and demonstrating your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with responsive design and a good understanding of front-end development principles.
