One of Australia's largest supermarkets chains are on the hunt for a new Retail and Shopper Support Specialist, to support the national roll-out and ongoing maintenance of their Rewards Program. This position is akin to an account manager role, where you'll be able to use your exceptional communication and relationship building skills to engage with retailers, point of sale system vendors, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and customers. Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. Compile service and satisfaction reports, utilizing analytical skills to drive improvements in service quality Act as a liaison, generating leads through a retailer contact program to expand the business reach and impact Provide essential training for the Customer Service Team in the Rewards and Shop Online programs, ensuring a knowledgeable and efficient workforce About You Excellent written & verbal communication Proven ability to build, positive working relationships with stakeholders Self-starter with a sense of urgency to drive change and set direction 3 years in a similar role in a marketing-driven business - including FMCG or retail Please note we can only accept applications from those with the right to live and work in Australia.
