The company carries extensive product ranges and all associated spare parts. With 15 years of experience supplying from large scale to smaller independent wholesalers this company has developed a fantastic reputation in this strong niche market and a large and loyal customer base . In this diverse role, you will contribute to business growth by providing a high level of customer service and sales administration support and maintain professional, efficient and friendly service to all levels of external contacts and internal customers. Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include: Providing sales administration and customer service support - extensive liaison with customers Data entry of customer orders via numerous channels Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding follow up, service and warranties Advising on product, brand and spare parts information Dispatching orders and Stock / Inventory management Assistance with Invoicing, processing credits, organising repairs etc. Providing ad hoc reports and updating CRM Documenting procedures Who YOU are: Detail orientated, friendly, down to earth and a team player Experience working for a consumer goods import / wholesaler processing sales orders Knowledge of wholesale and distribution Ideally someone with a background working with consumer goods will be highly desirable Excellent English communication and administrative skills Experienced in an sales order environment and highly organised and efficient Highly competent computer (inventory systems know how) This role is ALL about the person who you are.
