High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communicationskills. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments. A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive and supportive team. Experience within the Hospitality and/or Tourism industry advantageous. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Provide friendly, courteous and professional services to all guests. Manage the guest room inventory and accounts efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures. Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in a professional manner. Liaise with other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist guests with general enquires and provide share your local knowledge to provide personalised recommendations & insights.
