For further information please go to : www.baybuildinggroup.com.au About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration of multiple property insurance claims. You will be the point of contact for all parties during the claim and repair process including loss adjusting companies, leading insurance companies and property owners. Your responsibilities include: Working directly with clients, homeowners and all construction related trades and suppliers Ensuring that all parties are updated regarding the claims’ progress Prioritising the team's inbox and actioning items where possible Answering incoming calls & making outbound calls relating to the status of claims Updating notes to internal and client systems Preparing and providing documentation relating to the claim About You Proven experience building business relationships and interacting with multiple stakeholders Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to plan and prioritise your work Intermediate level of IT skills Claims, Insurance and/ or building industry experience (any are desirable) Why join us?
