This organisation is committed to understanding objectives, and goals to develop and strengthen individual and company paths. The team is comprised of consultants, coaches and directors which are leaders in their fields and offer specialised services across a range of industry sectors. As a market leader in career insights, workshops, as well as one-on-one and company wide coaching, you will want to be a part of this forward thinking team. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Mon - Fri (with one day working from home) Key Tasks: Maintaining the CRM system and company LinkedIn including updating contacts and information, producing reports Acting as first point of contact for candidates requiring administrative support or IT troubleshooting queries Scheduling appointments Organising Specialist Panel for candidates (ie health checks, financial advice and image consulting) Work closely with internal stakeholders Providing data to stakeholders to support their needs Use the company CRM to support with client projects and reporting Reviewing data and internal processes as part of a focus on quality assurance and business improvements Supporting the Business Development team with project coordination Support the administration team when needed. Coordinate and attend staff meetings where required Ad hoc admin as requested Essential Skills / Experience: 2 years administration experience in a corporate environment Adjusts approach and thinking in order to work effectively with a variety of situations Able to multitask Has strong attention to detail with accuracy to work Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to interact with individuals at all level Uses discretion and sensitivity Show initiative Professional corporate presentation Positive 'can do' attitude Contribute positively to the company's culture Intermediate Microsoft Skills This role is starting asap Apply today. 200016084_169535314532308
