Oversee services, upmarket outdoor boutique venue offering with sexy cocktails & drinks on offer Manage floor staff & workflow for smooth service periods Prepare for events; ordering & staffing Handle admin tasks such as emails, supply orders & stock inventory Manage all report lines within the business positivity & effectively Problem solve as required Hustle when needed, all about the hustle Candidate profile: The candidate needs to have experience running fast-paced venues with high quality cafe, bar or restaurant experience.
