This position is based on Sydney, Australia. Key Qualifications 1-2 years related work experience preferably in multi-national company Detail oriented and well organized Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dedicated and standout colleague Description The Receptionist will report to Facility Manager and be directly responsible for achieving timely and effective delivery of Front-of-House (FOH) services to external and internal Customers in accordance with their Roles & Responsibilities set out below. The incumbent will be well versed in Customer Care, having the highest regard for providing the best customer experience as well as be knowledgeable in Facilities Administration related activities. The role will also support Mailroom operation, time will be divided between assisting Reception and the Mailroom. - Handle all incoming telephone calls, provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary - Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients - Coordinate with vendors and building property management office for small repair issues such as air condition system problem, door lock problem, or as advised by FM - Coordinate with office cleaners for cleaning and other related tasks - Order general office supplies, drinking water, planting, etc. - Assist in mailroom operation and send building property management notice to all employees when necessary - Assist in site event set up - Handle visitor access cards management - Support access card management of both building cards and Apple badges - Support in staff’s mobile phone plan when necessary - Covering Reception/Mailroom morning and lunch breaks - Provide necessary report to supervisor Education & Experience Additional Requirements Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
