What you'll be doing: This is a busy role supporting the Chief Legal & Risk Officer / Company Secretary (CLRO) with all aspects of administration including managing an active calendar of meetings and travel arrangements, dealing with confidential and commercially sensitive correspondence and managing financial and other approval processes. The role is also responsible for planning and organising Board meetings, Board travel, maintenance of the Diligent Board portal, ASIC lodgements and maintaining company registers. In this role, you'll often be managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have experience handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and be able to collaborate and problem solve with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business, including Executives, their assistants and Board members. To be successful in the role, you'll bring a high level of initiative with exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal effectiveness. You'll be great in this role if you: A can do attitude and initiative to drive outcomes. Qualifications in corporate governance, law or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant to C-suite. Experience working with Boards. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Professionalism and ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities. High level of integrity and accountability.
