Duties & Responsibilities: Provide technical product support during breakdowns, shutdowns, and all preventative Maintenance activities. Complete CMMS allocated work by the scheduled dates. Ensure maintenance & repairs are carried out meet OEM standards and specifications. Provide support to the Site Manager and Team Leaders to establish and train new technicians on the Automated products. Liaise with the R&D department to resolve design issues and prepare product improvement recommendations. Update CMMS with repair comments and data as required. Participate in regular team meetings with Team Leaders to identify and inefficiency's and monitor continuous improvement processes. Actively always promote a safe work culture. Experience: Experience with Computerised Maintenance software. Advanced knowledge of automated warehouse machinery. Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. Experienced in fault finding/diagnosis on mechatronics. Advanced customer focus skills. Understanding of AS3000 Wiring standards Qualification and tickets required: Electrical Licence Pneumatics & Hydraulics Post Trade Certificate - an advantage. PLC & VSD fault finding / programming Disconnect and reconnect experience Must hold a working at heights and first aid ticket or be happy to obtain.
