THE OPPORTUNITY TAFE NSW are seeking a Permanent Full Time Teacher to work within the Plumbing Team at our Granville campus. In the role you will have sound and up-to-date knowledge of your subject areas, reflecting current industry practice to construct and guide the educative process. You will deliver face-to-face learning on campus. In the role, you will be able to not only impart your technical skills but also the industry standard to your students. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you must: • Have appropriate subject knowledge, skills, and vocational qualifications, and hold a minimum level of Certificate III in Plumbing and Certificate IV in Plumbing. • Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or the TAE40110 qualification with the required additional upgrade units, or higher-level qualification in adult education. • Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant and post-qualification experience in the Plumbing industry relevant to your qualifications. With the ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline.
