Perfect for an ambitious adminisation professional looking to grow Role Overview As the administration assistant, you will be reporting to the Team Lead Manager and higher Executive Team. You will be responsible for all first point of contact queries with their varied customer base, as well as general ad-hoc duties. A typical day for the administrative assistant will see you providing an exceptional level of customer service via phone and email nationally, whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business. This role will give you the opportunity to build critical long-lasting business relationships whilst being a brand ambassador for this business and troubleshooting enquiries when possible. You will also be responsible for general admin duties, such as booking in appointments, attending meetings and basic data entry. To be successful in this role, you must use a large ERP/ CRM system in the past. Responsibilities Exceptional service to customers nationally Fulfil customer expectations in line with Customer Service KPI's Accurate order entry of customers orders either via phone or email Ability to take initiative and be proactive within a busy environment Strong problem resolution in managing customer issues The role will leverage a close and collaborative working partnership with cross functional colleagues to ensure a positive outcome for our customers. Proven ERP/ CRM experience Changes to Customer Accounts as required General admin ad-hoc duties Data entry Candidate Profile You have or are currently working in a similar administrative role. You have impeccable communication skills both written and verbal and your work is of the highest standard. You use your initiative to continually seek answers and follow up with key stakeholders regarding information required to manage customer queries. Your collaborative, transparent and team-focused attitude will see you excel in this role. You are professional, maintain a polite phone manner and have the confidence to liaise with all levels across the business. To be successful in this role, you must have used an ERP/ CRM system in the past.
