Position Overview: As Office Administrator, you'll contribute to operational excellence within our supportive team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing processes, coordinating seamlessly, and embracing continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, offering room for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to enhance existing processes and systems, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee and execute timesheet reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-offs. Administer the VOIP system and support on-call roster coordination, contributing to seamless communication. Maintain rates, ticketing administration, and internal reporting, ensuring efficient operations. Play a pivotal role in the payroll process, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of compensation data. Manage onboarding and exit procedures, fostering a smooth transition for new and departing employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while supporting HR-related activities. Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, managing invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Assist in financial reporting and bank statement reconciliations, contributing to accurate financial insights. Support project administration, creating folder structures and monitoring project updates. Undertake various ad hoc tasks, including phone/reception duties, facilities management, and event coordination. Qualifications and Skills: Proven track record of contributing to process improvement. Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
