If so, read on About the role Operating between 7am - 8pm, you will be representing our Government Account as a Customer Service Officer. You will be tasked with handling inbound enquiries for Government Programs. You will display the highest level of customer service and resolve a range of general and complex enquiries for the Australian Public. What's in it for you?
