About you You will love this position if you like to share your passion in the Hospitality industry and have a minimum of three (3) years industry experience within the last five (5 years) as a supervisor or Manager in a licenced premise, front of house, Food and Beverage experience. You are ready to educate a team of passionate students from a range of backgrounds to achieve their personal and work goals whilst developing and implementing an educational and career plan. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. To be successful for the role you will have · Diploma (SIT50422) in Hospitality Management (or equivalent). · The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) equivalent · Current RSA Licence and be able to deliver as approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW. · Front of house, food and beverage experience. · Comprehensive current knowledge of the industry and job roles and strong understanding of current trends and diversity within the hospitality sector. · Demonstrated ability as a team player who strives to achieve success for your all students.
