About this role I-MED Victoria is seeking a highly experienced and motivated person to compliment the Office Supervisor (OS) and clinic leaders at Heidelberg/Warringal to lead a quality driven and friendly team. As a Senior Radiology Receptionist, across the two sites, you will have an active role in the delivering high quality, accurate medical imaging services to referrers and patients, providing exemplary service delivery and assisting in leading both teams to reach their highest potential. The clinics offer a comprehensive range of services including CT, 2 x MRI systems, mammography, ultrasound and general x-ray. Duties across one/ or both sites will include: Plan and manage daily clerical staff workforce requirements, Manage clinics daily appointment schedules, Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing & receipting, Ensure clerical staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring and coaching and, Assist in the complex call queues Core Competencies: Must have Radiology experience Ability to manage a large clerical team across both clinics Ability to lead and drive the I-MED Values, patient care and customer service standards Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing Good organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to adapt and respond to change Strong computer and IT system skills essential How do you apply?
