ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Design Specialist works within the Talent Design and Strategy Team and manages innovative and impactful projects. These include the employee value proposition, talent pipelines, strategic sourcing solutions and employee experience initiatives. Typically, our team partners with various stakeholders in our organisation with the intention of scoping out solutions, implementing pilots, and then embedding these learning into the organisation. We work as a collaborative and customer focussed team and are passionate about how our work improves TAFE NSW. The Talent Design Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying a suite of tools, templates and programs to support talent design and build talent acquisition capability in hiring managers and the team. ABOUT YOU We are seeking experienced Talent specialists with a passion for contemporary talent design practices. Using your industry-based talent acquisition, management & retention expertise, you will design and develop TA solutions that will add value, contribute to business improvements and champion TAFE NSW’s innovative culture. A natural problem solver, you thrive on collaborating with the business to identify and understand their TA pain points and will investigate key industry trends and implement contemporary design practices to provide actionable, sustainable and metrics driven solutions. WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE This position offers a base salary range of $115,151.00 - $ 127,104.00 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
