We are now looking for talent individuals be part of our RACV Sale Contact Centre team. In this phone-based role, you will help our members find the best value products and services for their needs and give them the peace of mind that they are protected by one of the most trusted brands in Victoria. What will you be doing: This is a permanent full-time role commencing Monday, 23rd October 2023. After completing our fully paid and supported training program, you will join our 5-week rotational shift roster. The roster includes every 5th weekend (Both Saturday and Sunday), with shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong lifetime relationships with members and customers within a fast-paced call centre environment As a dedicated Memberline Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, having personalised and meaningful conversations to identify needs and offer the best solutions to deliver on our brand promise. Being multi-skilled, you will be able to provide information to new and existing members about all RACV's products and services plus, much more What we’re looking for: Our values are designed to shape and reinforce our desired ways of working.
