This is an opportunity to work as part of a team, manage a portfolio of customers and engage in meaningful stakeholder relationships. You will provide an awesome customer experience and will be the first point of contact when a customer requires information or updates on their build. Responsibilities include: Communicate with key stakeholders to proactively gain build updates Ensuring Customers are regularly updated on the progress of their build Prepare all required documentation and administration Onsite key handover with our Customers What can you bring? Your experience in customer service garnered from a retail or similar customer facing environment will ensure your success in this role.
