Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative, you will: Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or new customers Assist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details, and general questions Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and standards Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: Previous call centre experience is a plus, but not mandatory Exposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working environment Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt Why work here?
