We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Site Administrator with exposure in a Civil or Mining environment. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic project team and be given the opportunity to make your mark on a high profile project located in WA on a 8/6 roster. To be considered for this position as a Site Administrator you must possess the following as a minimum: Must have minimum 2-3 years' FIFO experience in a Site Administrator position Experience in the Civil and/or Mining Industry Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Experience with booking flights and accommodation Proficiency in modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail As a Site Administrator on our site, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Manage rosters, flights and accommodation and travel movements for all personnel Daily data entry of payroll hours, machine hours and site movements Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems Reconcile and report on monthly data Run daily reports to monitor and maintain records and distribution of weekly reports Complete and maintain records for the hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site, including breakdowns and servicing Complete requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services, including receipting and invoice reconciliation.
