Date: 21 Aug 2023 Location: Sydney, NSW, AU, 2000 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time About the opportunity Commencing on 23rd October and with a salary of $68,000 inclusive of super, we are on the lookout for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our existing teams in Brisbane, Parramatta, Melbourne and Hobart. These roles in our contact centre are responsible for servicing existing clients around their superannuation, pensions, investments and insurance via phone, email and web-based chat. It’s a fast-paced environment and there’s lots to learn across multiple systems, however we’ll be sure to provide you with all the training you need. You’ll need to be available between 8am – 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday as you’ll work a rotational roster throughout those times. These positions all permanent full-time and our hybrid working style means that you’ll work at least two days in the office and three from home (though if you want to work more from the office you can). Unfortunately, we cannot consider your application if you are on a student, working holiday or temporary skill shortage visas. What we are looking for in a successful candidate Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed, dedicated, reliable and people with a strong work ethic. You need to be great with computers and navigating multiple systems, dependable, resilient and a quick learner. To us, we aren’t looking for people with financial services experience – we can teach you that. What we can’t teach you is how to provide great customer service that’s genuine, efficient and relatable.
