About the Role: To provide the service department the support in relation to all aspects of service administration providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Prompt creation and finalisation of all service administration paperwork and "back of office" administration including, filing and data entry. Assist in other areas of branch administration where and when required or requested by your manager. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all data entry in relation to service is complete prior to invoicing - Carry out service invoicing ensuring accuracy and that all service work that can be invoiced is invoiced prior to month end - Assist the accounts department with any bad debt recovery as related to the service department - Branch payroll submissions - collate and submit time sheets for payroll - To actively promote the company service capability to key and targeted customers - To ensure customers and staff are treated in a professional manner and the company is always represented with integrity - To assist the service manager in ensuring the service team in its entirety continually perform in line with the company expectations about daily documentation to allow the administration team to correctly account for and promptly invoice work undertaken - Work with service manager in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the service dept - Data analysis Requirements: - Demonstrated administration experience with proficiency in data entry - Excellent MS Office skills, especially with Word and the ability to use formulas in Excel - High attention to detail - Possess a positive and proactive attitude - Excellent communication skills - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. - A friendly, welcoming environment with great career challenges and growth - A competitive salary - Great career advancement and development opportunities Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
