The Position Reporting to the State Manager, your responsibilities will include: Answer and respond to inbound customer enquiries, providing product updates, pricing, availability, recommendations and all general information Manage a busy inbox, responding to email enquiries, and processing daily sales orders Investigate customer service issues and liaise with the appropriate parties Handle onsite cash sales and daily banking Consolidate picking slips, ensuring they're ready to be assigned to picking staff daily Interact with customers onsite and assist their needs including processing of sales and providing quotes Effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and warehouse staff ensuring active and efficient communication in order to meet customer and organisation demands Continuous use and maintenance of customer database (Momentum Pro) Review of reports and identify issues Work positively with other teams members to support a collaborative culture All other customer administration and service-related tasks instructed by management The Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position and will display the following skills: Strong work ethic and accountability, understanding the importance of timeframes and deadlines Effective communication skills, providing accurate and detailed responses Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a wider team A willingness to learn and take on responsibility Knowledge of Momentum Pro or SAP highly favourable Experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment that rrequires adapatability Embark on a career path with a company that values and rewards its employees, while working with an energetic group of individuals in a friendly and supportive working atmosphere.
