Deliver exceptional customer service to product users via web chat and phone; log service requests, update account details, and support in troubleshooting product issues within your capacity. Based in Scoresby, the role is a temp position for 6 months and potential to extend. Working Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, paying $33-$35 p.h. superannuation.
