About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative - Specification to join our team based in Oakleigh. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Specification, this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our specification business requiring both the identification of new business opportunities and the growth of market share and sales margins within the Victorian region. Account management in the commercial segments with major builders and regular representation of our products to a variety of stakeholders will also be a key focus in this role. Key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to: Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins Applying exceptional business development and planning skills Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships Monitoring competitor/customer activity and reporting on market intelligence About You With a background within the architectural specification, you will bring your proven track record of sales and growth goals. You will also be business acumen and have the ability to identify and achieve new business opportunities. In addition, your approach to drive and exceptional interpersonal skills will support the achievement of business opportunities and contribute directly to the bottom line.
