Keeping customers informed about stock availability, pricing, delays, and ETA's. Ensuring excellent customer support both before and after servicing. Handling general product and delivery inquiries with efficiency. Addressing queries related to repairs and credits from our esteemed clients. Generating daily sales order reports and other requested reports for management. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably dealing with a diverse product range. Familiarity with SAP and MS Office will be highly advantageous. Ability to thrive under deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
