Performing a combination of project-based work and delivering as an embedded team member your duties could include actions across the; full employee life cycle (i.e. recruitment to termination), business improvement activities such as process mapping, technology implementation and change management support; and technical industrial and employee relations case management and research (including EBA negotiation). At present we have an opportunity for a Part-Time opportunity for a new team member to join us as servicing two key projects - one as an insourced SME and the other assisting with an EBA negotiation. About You While we don't expect you to be a technical expert - we do expect a few fundamental things including; At minimum completion of an undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Relations (or similar) An understanding of technology and how to use it effectively A solid foundation in practical Human Resources and Industrial Relations including the ability to work with Awards - exposure to EBA negotiations will be highly desirable An insatiable desire to understand and a willingness to keep asking questions, and investigate until you do A fierce commitment to service High levels of integrity and reliability Resilience, Resilience, Resilience On offer is the chance to work with, and learn from people who are experts in their field and generate a skill set that will see you far surpass your peers in the future.
