As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements. You will have the opportunity to support the community in managing their finances for retirement, support those facing difficult times and guide employers through their obligations, across a variety of online communication platforms. With the support of your Concentrix colleagues, you will: Step 1 Train to be a content expert. Step 2 Really get to know your customer needs.
