Brickworks is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Austral Bricks office in Fyshwick, ACT. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will assist internal and external customers in a range of services and sales enquiries across the wide range of Brickworks building products. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer service experience across various channels, including in-person at the Design Centre, via phone and through email. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Answer inbound calls to service a wide range of customers. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services. Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner. Coordinate appointments with clients for colour selection. Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries. Ensure all work areas, displays and office is maintained in a tidy, clean, and presentable manner. Drive the forklift to load and unload ordered products from and onto trucks. Re-stocking brick samples. Success Requirements: Availability to work Saturdays. Prior experience working in customer service. Forklift Licence preferred (training can be given to the right person). Strong time management, administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
