Austral Bricks are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Rochedale, Queensland. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers. Answer high volume inbound calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner. Assist in the development and growth of the Austral Bricks business as a front-line company representative. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services. Provide assistance to the Sales Representative. Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries. Ensure the office, work areas and displays are always maintained in a safe, tidy, clean and presentable manner. Success Requirements: Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred). Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred). Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong time management, administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail.
