As a Graduate Engineer at Mipac you will be working in various project teams being supported and coached by our experienced experts to develop your skills as an Engineer. Mipac’s project scope can span the entire Electrical, Instrumentation and Control project lifecycle comprising of, scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed design engineering, configuration of control systems, site commissioning, and project management. Working with Mipac provides the opportunity to work on global projects and gain real practical industry skills to supplement your tertiary learnings. As your skills and knowledge increases so will the complexities of the tasks you are assigned. You will be supported by both on the job and structured training. About you Recently completed or are close to completing a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related degree. A dual specialisation with IT or Software would be highly regarded. Previous experience with any programming is also highly desirable. Previous experience working with an engineering consultant or within an industrial plant environment. Experience working in a team environment. Have a strong desire to learn and understand the why. Willing and able to travel away from home to both domestic and international locations. Genuine desire to work on interesting and challenging projects and get real, hands-on experience.
