This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Administration Officer to play an integral part in a team of specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of projects - including providing administrative support assistance to the infrastructure projects teams. Below are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life" Assist with all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation Assist with document and data control according to company and customer requirements Registration, filing, retrieval and transmission of documentation Maintain databases to ensure efficient operation of the document control function What can you bring to the team? Good verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy. Commitment to continued learning and development, willing to complete Certificate III in Business Administration. Good teamwork skills Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, to show initiative and judgement and work to deadline.
