Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the arrangement of Funeral Services. Welcoming and greeting families and attendees during Funeral Services. Collaborating with Funeral Directors on preparations and planning. Potentially be available for the after hours on call roster. Ad hoc duties as required. Developing an understanding of the confidentiality associated with funeral work. To be successful in this role, you will have the following: A compassionate and empathetic nature and be comfortable working in a funeral environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient computer skills – word, excel, power point, publisher, and Gmail. The ability to lift heavy objects and be physically fit.
