About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to work within our Queensland Sales Office located in Stapylton. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, we are seeking a proactive and customer focused person to perform the following duties: Receive and process customer orders. Follow through on all customer enquiries. Answer and transfer incoming calls. Ability to reconcile both accounts receivable and payable accounts. Perform administration and accounts receivable and payable tasks duties are required. About You We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic individual with sound administration and customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the capacity to meet deadlines, possess sound attention to details as well as the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
