Based out of a stunning display suite in Gosford, we are on the lookout for a Sales Host to join the team. The Perks Up to $77k package on offer comms of $10-15k per annum. No real estate experience required - be trained and supported from the ground up by exceptional industry leaders. Transition into a full sales agent role down the track if that is your ambition. Work hand in hand with sales agents to work with buyers. Must be available to work every Saturday Sunday with two full days' off during the week. Help with the back-end sales process and marketing as well as general administration duties. The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Host role will have: Previous experience in Real Estate preferred, but not essential - attitude and drive is more important. Must have a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence. Immaculate personal presentation. Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results. First class written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's licence and reliable car. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
