The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at Smeaton Grange. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager; you will be responsible for supervising our warehouse operation activities to support the SOPs, procedures and objectives of the business. This role will require both ‘hands on’ involvement with day to day activities whilst also overseeing the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner. You will be responsible for: Managing day to day operation of receiving and dispatching of parts in a timely manner whilst maintaining customer focus and adhering to company policies Developing, coaching, training and mentoring staff to provide ongoing continuity of performance at desired levels Working successfully and collaboratively across departments in meeting internal & external stakeholder requirements Initiate continuous improvement measures to enhance inbound and outbound processes with the objective to increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve quality Developing and monitoring safety procedures by leading ACM Parts safety culture The successful candidate will have the following: Professional experience in warehousing as a supervisor/manager. Experience in building business relationships/customer service Account Managing/Business Development experience Computer based skillset Basic knowledge of car mechanical associated parts/consumables Flexible to travel to our Broadmeadows facility when required.
